SO-TO100 - A manually applied screen opener opens dried inks in the screen mesh. It reduces washing time and extends the screen life, especially where the inks are beginning to dry up in the screen and where water can not fully wash-up the clogged screens. Immediately apply a water rinse.

SO-SPR957 - Instant Screen Opener Spray opens dried inks in the screen mesh. It leaves no residue on mesh and works efficiently on all types of screen printing inks and on screens made with solvent resistant photographic stencils. Just spray into the screen and immediately apply a water rinse.

SO-C60 - Solvent Cleaner and Degreaser removes grease, dirt, oil, ink, and fresh paint instantly. Just apply into the screen and immediately apply a water rinse.

ADA-37 - A high performance adhesive for binding screen-printing mesh onto aluminum, steel, synthetic or wood frames. ADA-37 is a fast drying, solvent resist adhesives that bonds within minutes of application. It has superior resistance to solvents, heat and most screen printing chemicals.

ADT-782 - A highly concentrated white glue that strongly bond textile substrate on the screen printing pallet. ADT-782 must be diluted with 20-30% of clean water to reduce the adhesives concentration for T-shirt fabric application. ADT-782 is an economical alternative to using spray adhesives for the screen printing pallet. It washes out with soap and water even when dry.

ADS-SPR82 - A Mist Type Spray Adhesive is an application adhesive spray for textile screen printing pallet ideal for T-shirt fabric.

ADS-SPR84 - A Super Flash Spray Adhesive is an application adhesive spray for textile screen printing pallet ideal for flash curing.

PHOTOFLASH 300 - A paste type photo sensitive emulsion that hardens when subjected to ultraviolet light. It comes with a set of diazo sensitizer and a liquid pigment. Just mix sensitizer accordingly and under dim light. Photoflash 300 is compatible with water-based inks and plastisol inks but incompatible with solvent-based inks and solvent based screen wash. Emulsion mixed with sensitizer must be kept in refrigeration in a dark colored container for a longer shelf life.

PHOTOFLASH 770S - A pre- photo sensitive emulsion that hardens when subjected to ultraviolet light. Photoflash 770S is compatible with water-based inks and plastisol inks but incompatible with solvent-based inks and solvent based screen wash.

PHOTOFLASH R205 - A thick film photo sensitive emulsion that hardens when subjected to ultraviolet light. Photoflash R205 is compatible with water-based inks, plastisol inks, 100% UV-curable inks, and solvent-based inks.

Aicello ES - For the desire to reclaim the screens, Aicello ES is the chemical to use to strip off the emulsion. The Aicello ES is mixed with 90% water and screen is soaked with the solution.

PHYLOC - Can be brushed coated onto the developed screen to harden the applied photo emulsion without blocking the developed image. However, once it is applied onto the mesh, the screen mesh cannot be reclaimed.

LQ Clear - To block the opening of the mesh and covers the pinholes of the developed image, LQ-Clear, when applied, acts as filler. It dries quicker by solvent evaporation when mixed with LQ-THR to reduce LQ-Clear concentration and viscosity.

BOF RED - Is a block out filler in red color for water-based and solvent-based emulsion. It can be thinned with cold water for touch-ups. Apply BOF Red with a brush to modify the design or to block out margin areas. When the BOF Red is dry, it is necessary to rinse the screen in cold water.
