Arbisol LS is an extender based binder for direct printing on white ground broad or knitted cotton, polyester pongee, cotton-polyester blends and other synthetic fabrics on high mesh screen. An exceptional color brilliancy and soft hand feel can be achieved. It is a Non-formalin grade. Adding small amount of Fixer (optional) by 2-3% can provide strong wash resistance while proper curing can enhance washing and rubbing fastness.
Arbisol EL is an extender base binder for direct printing on white ground broad or knitted cotton fabrics, cotton-polyester blends and other synthetic fabrics. An exceptional color brilliancy and soft hand feel can be achieved. Arbisol DS is an extender base binder used in a discharge printing on dark ground broad or knitted cotton fabrics dyed with a dischargeable reactive dyestuff. It has transparent color appearance when printed but a brilliant color comes out when cured. An exceptional color brilliancy and feel can be achieved.
 Note:
To achieve superior discharging property, add 3-10% of discharge agent (Aquagent 100) to the base. Once discharge agent is mixed with Arbisol DS, the mixed base must be consumed and set to cure within 8 hours in order to achieve color brilliancy and prevent oxidation. It is necessary to wear gloves and mask, and on a well ventilated environment, when handling the discharging agent upon curing.
Arbisol PB is an extender base binder used in a discharge printing on blue jeans. It has an opaque white appearance when printed. Once discharge agent is mixed with Arbisol PB the mixed base must be consumed and set to cure within 8 hours in order to achieve color brilliancy and prevent oxidation. It is necessary to wear gloves and mask, and on a well ventilated environment, when handling the discharging agent upon curing. Best print under a low viscous condition for ink penetration.
Note:
To achieve superior discharging property, add 3-10% of discharge agent (Aquagent 110) to the base.
Arbisol PF is an extender base binder used in achieving a perforation finish on a cotton substrate when mixed with Aquagent. The mixed base must be consumed and set to cure within 8 hours in order to achieve burn out or perforation effects. It is necessary to wear gloves and mask, and on a well ventilated environment, when handling the agent upon curing. Best print under a low viscous condition for ink penetration.
Note:
To achieve superior perforated finish, add 20% of Aquagent SN to the base, prior to washing.
Arbisol RF is an extender base binder used in achieving a ripple or wrinkle finish on a polyester-cotton substrate when mixed with Fixer WT. The mixed base must be consumed and set to cure within 8 hours in order to achieve burn out or perforation effects. It is necessary to wear gloves and mask, and on a well ventilated environment, when handling the agent upon curing. Best print under a low viscous condition for ink penetration.
Note:
To achieve superior wrinkle or ripple finish, add 3% of Fixer WT to the base. Ripple Dip with NaOH prior to washing.
